Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and delivery (Mainland UK). Payment must be made in full before any items are dispatched.
You are required to check the item/s as soon as they are delivered (see notes on transportation damage below).
You have 14 days after the date of your delivery to let us know if you want to return any unwanted item/s.
Item/s that are to be returned must be re-packaged in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to get packaging material that’s suitable for the safe transportation of your item/s.
Please note: Once you have taken mattresses out of their original packages, you cannot return them due to hygiene issues.
Please note: We do not offer a collection service for returning any unwanted items. Arrangements would need to be made by yourself to return the item/s to us. The cost of returning any unwanted item/s is your responsibility.
Please note: Unwanted items must not have been used and must be received back in pristine condition. This means that you are unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and only after we have inspected them for damage.
If any of your items return looking like they’ve been used or damaged, the item will only sell at a reduced value, in which case you will charged for that loss.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if unwanted item/s are returned damaged.
You are responsible for the cost of return
If any part/s of your item/s is damaged, faulty or missing, you must tell us details of any problems within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the following information:
Your order number:
The name of the product:
In the case of a missing part, a description of the spare part required (please quote the part number on the assembly instructions where available).
Upon arrival, you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the item is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact us within 3 days: email@example.com
Please provide your order number and if possible take photographs showing the damage
Your personal details will not be sold or passed on to any third parties.
All items we supply are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. You are responsible for ensuring the manufacturers assembly, care and maintenance instructions have been followed.
